The 2020 Census at the Webster County Library

The U.S. Constitution requires that a Census, or a count of the United States population, be held every ten years. THIS is that year. Beginning in March, each household will be required to fill out a questionnaire about who lives at that address. For the first time ever you can go online to fill out your census questionnaire. The Webster County Library has several public use computers available to complete your 2020 Census safely and securely!

Most households will receive an invitation to complete their census online in the mail beginning in the middle of March. Even if you haven’t received an invitation, you can still complete your 2020 Census, all you’ll need is your address.

Not computer savvy? You still have the traditional methods of answering your census available. Phone calls to the Census Bureau will also be accepted beginning mid-March, or wait for your paper copy to be mailed to you, fill it out, and then simply mail it back.

The WCL staff are here to help make sure that everyone in Webster County is counted for the 2020 Census.
