Paws To Read at the Rogersville Branch Library

We are excited to announce our new monthly program at our Rogersville Branch, Paws to Read! Starting in August on the first Saturday of the month from 10:30-12.

Beginning and reluctant readers are invited to read aloud to Sophie a registered therapy dog who loves stories! After registering you will be notified of your assigned time to bring a book to read to Sophie.

 

Reading to a dog is a great way to improve a child’s reading skills and self-confidence.
