Webster County Library is proud to offer you best-selling and classic eAudiobooks and eBooks available 24/7. You can browse the collection, place holds, and check out using your library card. Then you can transfer the titles to your computer and most mobile devices.
Through the Missouri Library 2 Go Consortium, Webster County Library is pleased to offer downloadable eBooks and eAudio Books to our patrons. This service, powered by OverDrive, is free with your Webster County Library card.
The eAudio Books are available in both MP3 and WMA formats that work on most MP3 players and iPods / iPhones / iPads.
The eBooks come in a variety of formats: EPUB, Kindle, and PDF. These will work on Sony Readers, Barnes & Noble NOOKs, and the Amazon Kindle. Not all formats work on all devices.

FAQ’s
How long is the checkout period?
7, 14, or 21 days, you pick during the checkout process.
How many items may I check out?
You may have up to 5 items checked out at one time.
Can I place holds on items that are not available?
Yes, you will receive an email when the item is ready for delivery. They will be available to you for 4 days after email is sent.
Can the library staff place holds for me like they can for physical books?
No, our eBooks are self service for holds and check outs.
Can I have late fees or fines?
No, the book “Expires” at the end of your checkup period you selected.
My eBook is expired and will not open, what do I do?
Just delete it.
Which devices are compatible for eBooks?
Go to our website and click on the Missouri Libraries 2 Go icon, then in the “Getting Started” section on the right, click on “Digital Help”, and then “My Help”
